Tanzania, including Zanzibar, has implemented an official e-Visa system, making it easier and faster for travelers to apply for a visa online before arrival. This streamlined process significantly reduces waiting times at immigration upon entry at all major international airports in the country. Good to know: There is no additional fee for using the e-Visa platform, t’s part of the official immigration process.
